We are seeking a Senior Video Editor/Director to lead our video production efforts from concept to delivery. This role requires a creative storyteller with strong technical expertise in editing and directing video content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will oversee the end-to-end video production process — from shaping ideas and directing shoots to delivering polished, high-quality edits that elevate our brand and campaigns. As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing leads to ensure video output is engaging, consistent, and aligned with business goals. Lead the creative direction of video projects, from concept development to final delivery. Edit raw footage into polished, compelling, and brand-aligned content for multiple platforms. Add advanced elements such as subtitles, transitions, animations, and motion graphics. Direct video shoots, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency. Collaborate with content and design teams to translate scripts and campaign ideas into visual storytelling. Manage and maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and stock footage. Ensure all video output meets deadlines, technical requirements, and brand standards. Mentor junior editors, content creators, and production interns. Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor, Video Director, or similar leadership role. Expert proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut. Strong knowledge of short-form and long-form video editing for social and digital platforms. Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, and audio design. Experience directing shoots (studio and field) with a strong eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong portfolio showcasing advanced editing, creative direction, and storytelling skills. 5 plus years of experience The opportunity to own and lead the video creative process end-to-end.
